Making Commitments to Living Green
Another way to take steps is make smaller commitments. Instead of deciding to take the bus to work everyday for the rest of your life, decide to take it once a week for a month. Don’t make any decisions until the month is over and see how you feel. The strangeness will have drained away after a month and you can build on your comfort level. You can move on to taking the bus twice a week. Its okay to take small steps and feel good about your progress.
